Terms of Service
Customer Privacy: IonKlik Network takes reasonable measures to protect customer’s privacy. IonKlik Network will not make available customer’s information or data to any third party, with the exception of billing information for the processing of IonKlik Network payments or as required to forward legal requests. At this time all sensitive billing information is handled purely via secure trusted third party payment processors, no credit or other sensitive information is stored on any IonKlik Network servers.
Not-to-Renew Requests: Customer accounts will be automatically rebilled on a monthly payment cycle unless customer requests a cancellation of service. Customer may contact sales regarding a request to cancel prior to their next billing period or choose to terminate their subscription with IonKlik Network payment processors.
Non-Payment: Any account that becomes delinquent will be placed in a removal que. Notification emails regarding billing failures will be sent to any admin and billing email addresses on file – failure to reply within 48 hours will result in deactivation of service. Failure to reply within two weeks may result in final termination and total customer data loss.
Management & Backup of Data: IonKlik Network’s Reseller/Customer is solely responsible for the management and backup of their own data although IonKlik Network have it own backup storage, as well as all updates, upgrades, patches etc.
Acceptable Use: Use of IonKlik Network services to send SPAM is strictly forbidden. Housing of Denial of Service bots/drones/command and control, running malicious software, attempting to disrupt networks or services, hosting copywritten material without permission, or any other illegal activity is strictly forbidden. Violation of any of these terms is grounds for account termination.
By accepting these terms of service, customer indemnifies IonKlik Network of all responsibility for customer actions or result thereof. IonKlik Network reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service at its discretion. By default, IonKlik Network servers are unmanaged and recommended for experienced users or those with their own admins.
